-Accumulation of fine granular appearing infiltrates giving a grainy corneal opacification in the early postoperative period after LASIK.


TREATMENT:

-Most cases respond to topical corticosteroids.

-Non responding cases: Irrigation beneath the flap and repositioning of the flap.
